nicol* angrisano breaks into mediascape in 2003. In 2004, leading a group of media activists he turns the first transmitter on: a disturbing signal, creating "dimples on the surface of the media". Insu_tv was born, a pirate television in Naples, broadcasting in a grey zone of the S19 frequencies. The story of nicol* angrisano and of insu_tv are strictly bond: someone says that nicol* angrisano is insu_tv. In these 5 years, the TV makes many inquiries about environment, facing different experiences. Insu_tv gives voice to who has no right to speak in mainstream media. nicol* angrisano has no capital letter because he refuses being an author, is written with the * because he has no gender. He is a collective identity of a group of media activists, that try to find different keys to read simple stories in an instrument of freedom and fight against the mainstream information.
